Burgundy- French Wine ExplorersFrench Wine Explorers announces a new Burgundy wine tour showcasing all the Grand Cru wines of Burgundy, including the regions’ rarest superior wines across a 5-day period.

The Burgundy Grand Cru Tour combines gold-standard accommodations and gourmet cuisine with an all-access estate tour across the famed Côte D’or region. Here, guests will enjoy an expertly crafted itinerary that celebrates the 32 Grand Crus that are produced throughout the territory. These wines, from the finest vineyards, represent less than 2% of Burgundy’s wine production. The most coveted of all wines—including Romanee-Conti and La Tache—will be sampled during The Grand Cru Tour of Burgundy’s farewell dinner in a private room of the Michelin 3-star Maison Lameloise.

This tour represents the most exceptional Grand Crus of the region, while providing an excursion that is second to none,” says Pascale Bernasse, President of French Wine Explorers. “From an oenophile to someone new to the subject of wines, this tour offers an unforgettable experience for all.”

Limited to a party of 12, the 5-day Grand Cru Tour of Burgundy will take place starting October 8th. The tour offers Burgundy Wine Tour- French Wine Explorersguests a firsthand glimpse into every aspect of production of the wines in an intimate setting. Highlights of the Burgundy Grand Cru Tour include multiple meet & greets with winemakers and estate representatives, including Julien Wallerand—a certified sommelier who is the son of former Le Montrachet sommelier Jean-Claude Wallerand, co-author to Le Montrachet, and creator of the Montrachet field study guide maps.
