Using our experience as wine professionals and educators, French Wine Explorers sommeliers create enriching and exciting wine tours for wine and gourmet clubs and wine and food professionals.  These itineraries include opportunities for tasting, observation and learning that go beyond the level of the casual enthusiast, to captivate those with a higher level of interest and experience in wine and food.  Groups like the American Wine Society, Society of Wine Educators and the Wine Society of Texas, as well as private wine tasting clubs, have put their trust in French Wine Explorers to create wine study tours for their members.  These special tours are available in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Wine and Gourmet Clubs & Societies - we work closely with your group's representative to create a fascinating wine and food program for your members.  We'll include hotels and meals to fit your budget, and can customize your tour to include:

• instruction in wine tasting techniques, food & wine pairing, and other wine and gastronomy topics

• in-depth cellar and winery visits, with discussion of winemaking techniques, barrel or vat tastings, walks through the vineyards, etc.

Wine and Food Professionals - Sommeliers, chefs, winemakers and winery owners, grape growers, importers/exporters/distributors, wine journalists and other wine and food professionals will enjoy discussions and special events conceived for those who have a professional level of knowledge and interest in wine and gastronomy.  Your tour guide will be a wine or food professional in your area of specialization.  We'll include hotels and meals to fit your budget, and can customize your wine tour to include:
